Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or comparable senior sales position.
Capability to assess and analyze ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Knowledge of CRM software
Knowledge of retail operations
Capability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team
Outstanding communication abilities
Strong organizational abilities and a can-do attitude
Ability to travel as required
BSc in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
Salary Range
