Evaluate the effectiveness of development plans and assist employees in maximizing learning opportunities.

Keeping track of expenditures and negotiating contracts

Requirements and Skills

Proven track record as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or comparable

Current understanding of effective learning and growth techniques

Knowledge of e-learning platforms and procedures

Budgeting and project management expertise

MS Office and Learning Management System (LMS) expertise are required.

Superior communication and negotiation abilities; keen business sense

Capacity to establish rapport with employees and vendors.

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Salary Range
