Requirements and Skills
Experience as a maintenance manager or in another managerial position

Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
Practical understanding of facility machines and apparatus
Capacity to monitor and report on activity
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational school degree or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management is preferred.
Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification is a plus.
Salary Range
