  • Marketing and advertising vacant properties to attract tenants

  • Collect accounts receivable and manage operating expenses.

  • Create and manage annual budgets by anticipating expenditures and analyzing variances, data, and trends.

  • Supervise the personnel of the property and evaluate its performance.

  • Achieve financial objectives and periodically report on financial performance.

  • Identify prospective clients and develop relationships with them to extend business opportunities.

  • Update employment and market expertise.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven track record as a Property Manager

  • Comprehensive knowledge of property management and its financial aspects

  • Expertise in all rules and regulations governing property management

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and pertinent databases and software

  • Customer-centricity and a focus on profitability

  • Interpersonal competence with solid communication and presentation abilities

  • Highly organized with superior time management abilities

  • Valid real estate broker or agent license

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

Salary Range

The average monthly salary for Property Manager jobs in Malaysia ranges from RM 6,250 to RM 8,750.
