Job Brief

We seek an innovative Mechanical Engineer to work on all phases of product development, from research and development to design and manufacture, installation, and final commissioning. The objective is to design and fabricate innovative and superior mechanical components.


  • Perform the entire product development lifecycle (design, development, prototype testing, manufacturing, and implementation).

  • Create systems and components that satisfy demands and specifications.

  • Develop outline designs

  • Methodically conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.

  • Examining and assessing theoretical designs

  • Determine, create, and implement effective solutions to emergent issues.

  • Evaluate overall product efficacy, dependability, and safety.

  • Alter and modify the design to satisfy specifications and eliminate flaws.

  • Budget and scope estimates for the endeavor

  • Obtain feedback from personnel.

  • Prepare product documentation and reports.

  • Engage in continuous learning and create new hypotheses or techniques.

Requirements and Skills

  • Valid employment history in mechanical engineering

  • Product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) experience are required.

  • Computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE) expertise.

  • Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing software (such as AutoCAD, ProE, or others).

  • Knowledgeable of engineering analysis software (ANSYS, ProMechanic, or comparable)

  • Knowledge of mathematical computing and analysis tools (Matlab, Excel, LabView, etc.).

  • Firm grasp of fundamental concepts, such as mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc.

  • Creative ability and analytical aptitude

  • Capability to convey technical information in a plain and understandable manner

  • Technical writing proficiency

  • BSc engineering degree

Salary Range

The average monthly salary for Mechanical Engineer jobs in Malaysia ranges from RM 3,400 to RM 5,300.
