  • Create job descriptions and interview queries that reflect the requirements of each position.

  • Direct employer branding efforts

  • Participate in and coordinate employment fairs and recruitment events.

  • Forecast departmental quarterly and annual hiring requirements

  • Develop lasting relationships with former applicants and prospective candidates.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a comparable position.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks (such as Stack Overflow and Github)

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting utilizing a variety of interviewing and evaluating techniques.

  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATSs).

  • Superior oral and written communication abilities

  • A thorough understanding of the distinctions between organizational responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management or related field

Salary Range
