  • Implement efficient techniques for sourcing, vetting, and also interviewing candidates.

  • Assess training requirements and coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.

  • Monitor the budget of the HR department.

  • Serve as the point of contact for issues related to labor law.

  • Manage employee complaints.

  • Create and operate referral incentive programs.

  • Analyze the current HR technology and suggest more efficient software (including HRIS and ATS)

  • Calculate employee retention and churn rates.

  • Supervise the daily operations of the HR division.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or in a comparable position

  • Knowledge of Human Resources Management and Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Experience with the complete recruiting cycle

  • Excellent familiarity with labor law (e.g., employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance).

  • Effective leadership qualities

  • Strong communication abilities

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Salary Range

The average monthly salary for HR Executive jobs in Malaysia ranges from RM 3,100 to RM 4,000.
